Kelley Wolf continues posting on social media about how happy she is during her divorce from Scott Wolf.
The couple announced their split on June 10 after 21 years of marriage. Scott called it “the most difficult decision of my life” in a statement to PEOPLE, saying their main priority is their three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.
Two weeks later, the Party of Five actor, 57, filed a restraining order against Kelley, 48. He was granted temporary sole legal and physical custody of their kids.
Kelley has been sharing regular updates on Instagram about how she’s doing during the divorce proceedings.
In her latest post on Friday, July 4, she shared a video from a deck where she was spending time outside with her dog. The video, set to John Mellencamp’s “Small Town,” showed her candle, a bottle of red wine, an unopened pack of cigarettes, and several books and journals.
“Love makes the world go round … and in the times you feel heavy … KNOW … you are special. Peace is a state of mind. And your mind is all that can tell you otherwise.”
She also noted that she is “HAPPY” and “that’s okay.”
“It’s okay to hold many things at once. We are dynamic … and I am ready to begin again …”
Police Detention and Hospital Stay
Just three days after announcing their divorce, Kelley was detained by police for making concerning comments to her father and others.
On June 13, she shared footage on Instagram of police arriving at her residence and taking her to the hospital. Kelley was handcuffed by sheriffs in Utah County, Utah, and admitted to a local hospital, PEOPLE confirmed.
“Deputies responded to the Sundance Resort for a report of a female that needed some help. Upon speaking with the female, our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies. For that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital.”
Kelley later confirmed she was placed under an involuntary 5150 hold. This is a critical intervention used to detain people who are considered a danger to themselves or others due to a mental disorder, according to the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
In a post from the hospital, Kelley said she was “happier than I have ever been” and had “no idea why or how this is happening.”
“I am compliant, calm and respectful, and hopefully this is all sorted very quickly. This is one of the darkest things I’ve experienced.”
Restraining Order Details
In the temporary restraining order Scott was granted against Kelley, her behavior was described as a threat to their children.
According to documents obtained by PEOPLE, Kelley “engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties’ minor children.”
The restraining order temporarily suspended her custody and parent time with the children. Any future visits must be “supervised by an agreed-upon third party or agency pending further order by the court.”
Kelley was also banned from posting anything on social media about their divorce, their children, or Scott. She risks fines or jail time if she violates this order.
The next court hearing regarding the temporary restraining order is scheduled for July 7 in Summit County District Court in Utah.
