Julianne Hough shared a photo from her “special day on the lake” with ex-husband Brooks Laich and his pregnant fiancée Katrín Tanja Davíðsdóttir.
The Dancing with the Stars co-host posted the snapshot on Instagram Stories, showing herself pointing to Davíðsdóttir’s belly. The photo was taken two months after the couple announced their pregnancy.
“Special day on the lake with these three cuties,” Hough wrote alongside the image.

Laich, 42, and Davíðsdóttir, 32, announced in May they’re expecting their first child.
The former professional hockey player and his fiancée shared the news in a joint Instagram post featuring sonogram pictures and photos of Davíðsdóttir’s growing belly.
“Our greatest blessing Baby Laich coming this fall. Mom & Dad can’t wait to meet you, our little one!!!!!!” they wrote. The couple got engaged in December 2024.
Hough showed support in the comments section.
“Congratulations you two on expanding your family – this baby is already so loved .”
Past History
Hough and Laich announced their separation in May 2020 after nearly three years of marriage. She filed for divorce in November 2020, and they finalized it in June 2022.
This isn’t the first time the former couple has spent time together since their split.
During a September 2024 appearance on The Jamie Kern Lima Show podcast, the professional dancer talked about attending a wedding where Laich and Davíðsdóttir were also present.
“It was so beautiful. It was so beautiful,” she recalled about the experience.
The 36-year-old explained she’s now in a place where she feels like she’s “just beginning with so much wisdom” and can “literally design and create the life of my dreams.”
Life Philosophy
Hough explained that while she doesn’t “want a perfect life,” she wants a “full, beautiful, connected life.”
“You feel joy because you feel sorrow, you feel all these things because you have the spectrum to feel it. You have the space to feel it, and that, I think, is what we’re here to experience, is the fullness of life.”
The television personality emphasized that every decision she makes now comes from a place of understanding and compassion.
