Jesse Lally and Michelle Saniei have reached a settlement in their divorce proceedings.
According to documents obtained by PEOPLE, the Valley stars filed a declaration for an uncontested dissolution of marriage on Wednesday, Oct. 22. The filing informed the court that they’ve established divorce terms on their own.
“The parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court. I request that the court approve the agreement.”
The agreement covers spousal support, attorney’s fees, child support and custody arrangements for their 5-year-old daughter, Isabella. Specific details haven’t been made public.
A judge still needs to sign off to make the divorce official.
Relationship Timeline
Lally, 45, and Saniei, 36, started dating in 2016. He proposed during a Paris trip in November 2017, according to Bravo.
They married in October 2018 at Beaulieu Garden in Napa Valley, California. Isabella was born in April 2020.
Their relationship became a central storyline on Bravo’s The Valley, which premiered just days before they announced their separation in March 2024.
Saniei filed for divorce that month, citing irreconcilable differences. She listed their separation date as Oct. 16, 2023.
She requested joint legal and physical custody of Isabella. She also wanted spousal support and property division determined through a written agreement between both parties.
Moving Forward
Both have started new relationships since their split.
Lally is dating philanthropist Lacy Nicole. Saniei dated Aaron Nosler for one year before they broke up in July.
Nosler appeared in several episodes of The Valley’s second season. Cameras captured a conversation between him and Lally, where Lally questioned the timeline of Saniei and Nosler’s relationship.
Lally asked Nosler if he “did or did not cross the line when I was married to Michelle.”
“No, absolutely not. We texted here and there once for that coffee meeting at Blackwood and another time when I said, ‘Hey, come to Runyon. I’m selling honey.’ Other than that, we would run into each other all the time.”
Saniei also denied having an affair. During a confessional, Lally said he believed they had a relationship before the separation.
“How else do you explain having a boyfriend two weeks after being separated while still living in my house?” he added.
In the season 2 finale that aired July 22, Saniei and Lally decided to put their differences aside. They agreed to maintain a healthy co-parenting relationship for Isabella.
Saniei said she was “choosing to give [Lally] the benefit of the doubt.”
