Tianna Robillard is sharing more details about her split from Cincinnati Bengals offensive tackle Cody Ford. The breakup shocked fans because Ford had proposed just two months before she announced their engagement was over.
On Allison Kuch’s Sunday Sports Club podcast, Robillard explained what really happened when she left Ford in June 2024.
The influencer said fans kept asking why she didn’t “just stay” with the NFL player. “Dude, I’m in this for love,” Robillard said on the episode that aired Sunday, October 19. “I was not going to stay in something that didn’t serve me.”
The Relationship’s Breakdown
Robillard first talked about the split on Alix Earle’s Hot Mess podcast in July 2024. She said she and Ford had “trust stuff” problems throughout their relationship. But after he proposed, things seemed like they were “on the right track.”
Everything changed when she got back from a girls’ trip to Paris.
Robillard announced the breakup on a TikTok livestream. She claimed Ford had been lying to her and said she had “receipts” that proved he was cheating.
Ford’s representatives didn’t respond to requests for comment at the time. He hasn’t publicly addressed the cheating allegations.
Starting Over
Speaking to Kuch about a year and a half after the breakup, Robillard described how scared she was at first.
“I was terrified… I was like, ‘Where am I going to go and what am I going to do?'” she said.
She moved in with a friend and took all her belongings. But she left behind the engagement ring Ford gave her, even though he never asked for it back.
“On the record, I wish I would have kept that s—,” Robillard said on Sunday Sports Club. She dropped the ring in custom, engraved bowls they had on their countertop.
“I didn’t want nothing from this man, and I didn’t need nothing from this man,” she continued.
Robillard got emotional talking about their shared dogs. She gave them “little chewy toys” before leaving the house.
She also left Ford a note. “It said something like, ‘Here’s your f—— ring, thanks for nothing,'” she told Kuch.
New Romance
Since the public breakup, Robillard has started dating Adrien Nuñez, another influencer. They met through social media and connected in person during New York Fashion Week last September.
The couple has been documenting their relationship on social media, showing a different side of Robillard’s life after her NFL breakup.
