Kailyn Lowry and Elijah Scott have ended their engagement less than a year after getting engaged in 2024, according to Lowry’s appearance on Lala Kent’s podcast.
The former Teen Mom star confirmed the split during her June 27 interview on Give Them Lala. She revealed that Scott now lives nearby as a neighbor rather than with her.
Scott and Lowry began dating in 2022. The former couple shares three children together: 2-year-old son Rio and twins Verse and Valley, who were born in late 2023.
During the podcast interview, Lowry addressed criticism about her relationships with her children’s fathers.
“I get a lot of s— for leaving my kids’ dads. I left all of them because I, to some degree, take no s—,” Lowry said.
She added context about her family situation.
“There are a lot of unique circumstances in our family because I do have four fathers to my children. I’m neighbors with one of them.”
When Kent asked which father she lives near, Lowry responded “Elijah,” confirming their separation.
Family Details
Lowry has seven children with four different men. She first gained attention documenting her teen pregnancy on MTV’s 16 and Pregnant before starring on Teen Mom.
The reality star defended her romantic history during the interview.
“There’s usually not a whole lot of dating before I get pregnant, usually. Contrary to popular belief, I actually can count on both my hands how many people I’ve slept with,” she explained.
“They think that because I have kids with four men, that I just am out here gallivanting around. Like, not true at all. I just fall in love so fast, and I think that I get pregnant right away, you know what I mean?”

In a reference to ongoing challenges, Lowry noted that dealing with the fathers remains difficult.
“The bigger problem it’s not the babies. It’s the dads that I have to deal with,”
she said.
