Tammy Hembrow is opening up about her potential new romance with Australian Football League star Bailey Smith.
The fitness influencer was spotted on the Gold Coast with Smith weeks after announcing her divorce from husband Matt Zukowski. Speaking with Australian newspaper the Herald Sun, Hembrow kept things simple about the 24-year-old midfielder.
“I’m not going to say anything about Bailey except he’s a sweetie, he’s a good guy.”
The Daily Mail first reported the pair’s lunch date on Australia’s Gold Coast. Hembrow, 31, wouldn’t comment on whether she’ll appear with Smith at September’s Brownlow Medal ceremony, which honors the AFL’s “Fairest and Best” player.

Hembrow confirmed her divorce from Love Island Australia star Zukowski in a TikTok video on June 21. The couple had a whirlwind romance. They got engaged in December 2023 after just three months of dating.
According to News.com.au, they married on November 23, 2024.
In her June TikTok announcement, Hembrow opened up about her anxiety around telling followers about the split.
“I wanted to finally tell you guys that I am going to be getting a divorce.”
She made it clear she didn’t want to get too specific about the breakup or “bring anyone down.”
“Did I think this was gonna happen? Did I want this? No. Obviously, when you marry someone, you do it thinking that it’s gonna be forever. And I blame no one but myself, to be honest.”
The Australian model became emotional discussing her relationship patterns.
“I feel like I’ve made not the best choices when it comes to relationships. And I feel like I’m really good at putting on rose-colored glasses or just getting swept up in it all.”

Hembrow has three children from previous relationships. She shares son Wolf, 10, and daughter Saskia, 8, with ex Reece Hawkins. Her daughter Posy, 3, is with former partner Matt Poole.
The impact on her kids was “the worst part” of the divorce, she said in the TikTok video.
She’s been keeping followers updated on single mom life. Hembrow shared a video on August 12 of her and all three children waking up early to catch the sunrise before school.
Hembrow said she’s focusing on her kids and “healing” amid the divorce proceedings.
Zukowski, 29, also confirmed their split on his Instagram Stories.
“It’s with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate. Both of us have struggled with making this decision however, we need to do what is right for ourselves and her three children. This wasn’t a decision we took lightly…”
Representatives for both Hembrow and Zukowski didn’t respond to requests for comment at the time of their split.
