Kelley Wolf, the estranged wife of Party of Five star Scott Wolf, has entered rehab as she faces criminal charges amid their ongoing divorce proceedings.
Multiple sources confirm that the Real World: New Orleans alum is seeking treatment for substance abuse issues.
Kelley Wolf currently faces three pending charges that include allegations of driving under the influence and violating court orders. The charges were filed as the couple’s marriage dissolution has played out in family court over recent months.
The couple, who married in 2004, share three children together.
Scott Wolf, 56, filed for divorce earlier this year citing irreconcilable differences. The Party of Five actor has requested joint custody of their minor children and has asked the court to terminate spousal support for Kelley.
Court documents indicate the divorce proceedings have been complicated by various legal issues. Sources close to the family say Scott has been focused on protecting their children’s wellbeing throughout the process.
Kelley Wolf appeared on MTV’s The Real World: New Orleans in 2000. She later transitioned to working behind the camera in television production before focusing on raising their family.

Scott Wolf rose to fame playing Bailey Salinger on the hit 1990s drama Party of Five. He’s also appeared in shows including Everwood and The Night Shift.
