Kelley Wolf Charged with 2 Misdemeanors After Ex Scott Wolf Called Police According to Report

Summit County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Kelley Wolf faces two misdemeanor charges following her arrest on August 26, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE. The Real World: New Orleans alum was charged with electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.

Scott Wolf called police to report harassment from his estranged wife, leading to her arrest.

The incident report reveals Scott contacted law enforcement after receiving multiple text messages from Kelley, with whom he’s going through a divorce. A responding officer was with Scott when he answered a call from Kelley on speakerphone.

When Scott answered, “no one responded” to his attempts to communicate, so he hung up, according to the probable cause affidavit.

Phone Number Posted on Social Media

“Shortly after, [Scott] started receiving a barrage of phone calls and text messages from unknown people,” the report states. “Some of the calls showed only phone numbers; others had the caller’s name listed. [Scott] stated all of the callers were unknown to him.”

Scott then checked Kelley’s Instagram account, where he discovered she had shared his personal phone number. The Instagram post referenced someone called “dimples” – “a known reference to” Scott, according to the report.

The disruption was immediate and overwhelming.

“He received about 24 calls and multiple texts in the first ten minutes from the time of the first call,” the officer wrote. “He stated that the phone number is to his personal phone, which he uses to communicate with his kids, and that this is causing a major disruption for him.”

Arrest at Her Residence

Law enforcement went to Kelley’s home, where she “refused to open the front door and instead spoke to me through an open front porch window.” When asked about the Instagram post revealing Scott’s phone number, Kelley didn’t respond and “began making counter-accusations.”

The arrest process took over an hour.

“I advised Kelley that I had probable cause to arrest her for the offense and asked her to come outside so I could take her into custody,” the officer said. “I waited on the porch for over an hour while Kelley changed clothes, as she was in a bathrobe when I spoke to her. Eventually, she came outside onto the front porch. I arrested her for the offense.”

Kelley remains in custody on $5,000 bond, charged with two class B misdemeanors.

Bond Conditions and Treatment Requirements

If she posts bail, Kelley must follow strict conditions. She can’t “consume any alcohol or narcotic drug or other controlled substance unless prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner.” She must also “participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavior, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.”

Additional restrictions include avoiding contact with potential witnesses and a complete social media ban until further court order.

Before her arrest, Kelley posted about police presence at her home on Instagram Stories. “The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why,” she wrote. “Deputy Norton said I must comply and I will.”

“I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing,” she added. “I am so scared. So confused.”

Custody Agreement and Divorce Proceedings

Kelley and Scott share three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. The couple was married for 21 years before announcing their separation in June. Scott filed for divorce on June 10.

A Utah judge recently granted a new temporary stipulated agreement between the former couple.

According to the revised agreement filed August 22 and reviewed by PEOPLE, the judge upheld a previous July 15 decision awarding Scott temporary sole physical custody of their three children. Kelley was granted “liberal” supervised parenting time.

The agreement includes a new provision requiring each Wolf child to have a safe-harbor therapist. Neither parent can interfere with or inquire into the therapeutic process, and they’re barred from subpoenaing information from the therapist or requesting the therapist participate in litigation.

The goal remains for Kelley to eventually regain unsupervised parenting time. An emergency hearing was scheduled for Thursday, August 28.
