Aaron Phypers filed for divorce from Denise Richards on Monday, revealing detailed monthly expenses totaling $105,000 in court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
Phypers, 52, cited irreconcilable differences in ending his six-year marriage to Richards, 54. He listed July 4 as their separation date.
The documents show a stark income disparity between the former couple.
Phypers claims he’s made $0 since closing his wellness company, Quantum 360 Club, in 2024. Meanwhile, he states Richards brings in more than $250,000 monthly from her OnlyFans account, TV work, brand deals and appearances.
Monthly Spending Breakdown
The couple’s alleged monthly expenses paint a picture of luxury living.
Food represents their biggest expense category. They reportedly spend $15,000 monthly eating out, plus another $10,000 on groceries and household supplies.
Clothing costs hit $20,000 per month. That’s slightly more than their $18,000 monthly rent payment.
Other significant expenses include:
• $15,000 for entertainment, gifts and vacations
• $8,000 for utilities
• $7,000 on childcare for Richards’ adopted daughter Eloise
• $5,000 each for maintenance and repairs, plus laundry and cleaning
• $1,500 for cars and transportation
• $500 phone bill
Notably, Phypers marked $0 for life insurance, savings, investments and charitable contributions.
He’s requesting spousal support from Richards. Phypers also wants to keep certain assets as separate property, specifically his power tools, motorcycle and sports car.
