Brooks Nader revealed what she claims led to her breakup from Gleb Savchenko in the premiere of her new reality show.
The Sports Illustrated model, 28, split from the Dancing with the Stars pro, 41, earlier this year. Now fans are getting a look into the moment she allegedly discovered he was cheating.
In the debut episode of Love Thy Nader, which aired Tuesday on Freeform, Brooks says she went through Gleb’s phone after he accidentally left it in New York City.
“I’m just a girl at the end of the day. We’ve all gone through our man’s phone before. It’s literally right in front of me. I have to, right? Who wouldn’t?”
What Brooks Claims She Found
When Brooks and her three sisters looked through the phone, she says they were shocked by what they discovered.
“All these screenshots of my boobs. What the f— is this? There’s like a million girls in here. This is a week ago.”
She says she then found a contact labeled “Threesome girl, Joshua Tree” and broke down in tears.
“I don’t even know what to say. I feel really betrayed.”
A title card at the end of the episode indicates that Gleb denied all of these allegations.
Sisters Discuss Next Steps
In the second episode of the two-part premiere, Brooks and her sisters talked about what to do next.
“It’s always the people that are so worried about you cheating that are the f—— cheaters themselves,”
said sister Grace Ann.
Brooks claimed they were “doing threesomes in Joshua Tree.”
Sister Sarah Jane, 23, called this “cheating on steroids.” She suggested Brooks mail the phone back and never speak to Gleb again.
“I feel so stupid. I had no idea this whole time that this was all going on, and to make matters worse, it’s just like, what if I hadn’t looked through his phone? Would I have continued to date him and gotten married and had babies?”
Sarah Jane speculated that Gleb “probably wanted a sister threesome.” Grace Ann claimed he was “always” inviting them to Joshua Tree early in the relationship.
“It’s so demeaning to women the way they’re talking about them. It’s disgusting. They’re treating them like they’re animals.”
Red Flags From The Start
The sisters had been warning Brooks about Gleb’s behavior. Sarah Jane claimed he was constantly worried about Brooks cheating on him.
“I knew some s— was gonna go down. I knew he was up to something,”
Brooks revealed.
That night was the launch party for her Hudson Jeans collection. Brooks got her hair and makeup done to “be strong” for the event.
At the party, Brooks struggled when people brought up Gleb’s name but maintained her composure.
“I’m not ready to talk to him. I’m disgusted by him. I’m scarred by what I saw.”
When they got home, she broke down on the bathroom floor saying she was “really not okay.”
“I really did believe everything he said about how special I was to him and what I meant to him. I gave a little piece of me away to this relationship because I was so all in on it, and I really did love him.”
Gleb’s Response
Brooks didn’t contact Gleb while processing everything. She was caught off guard when she saw he was talking to the press, denying cheating and any wrongdoing.
“He’s talking to everyone. I don’t understand what gives him the right to call all these people.”
After the breakup became public in April, Gleb issued a statement saying he was “surprised to learn” through news reports that they’d split.
“The last communication I received from her was a text on April 6th, asking to speak. I called her today in response, but she has not replied.”
He later told E! News the breakup was “really upsetting.”
“I’m not a cheater. I’m actually a family guy. I’m a relationship guy. I’m not a f— boy who goes around and goes on all these dates. I’m not even on dating apps. This thing that happened broke my heart.”
New episodes of Love Thy Nader air Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Freeform. The entire season will be available Wednesday on Hulu.
