Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios have ended their relationship after more than two years together, multiple sources confirmed to PEOPLE on Dec. 6.
The influencer appears to be hinting at her new single status through recent social media posts.
Earle, 24, shared a fresh-faced selfie on her Instagram Stories showing off a new blonder hairstyle. She wore sunglasses and stood outdoors in the snapshot.
“Blondie is back,” she wrote over the post, tagging hair colorist Jacob Schwartz.
In what seemed like another hint at her post-breakup mood, Earle shared a video on Instagram of herself in Florida.
“Miami we back ,” the recent Dancing with the Stars competitor wrote in the caption.
Relationship Timeline
The influencer and the professional athlete started dating in February 2023. They confirmed their relationship when they made their red carpet debut at the ESPY Awards in July that year.
Berrios, 30, didn’t attend any live episode tapings during Earle’s 11-week DWTS competition.
Earle had continuously cited the reason as being due to his NFL commitments.
The Miami Dolphins wide receiver’s absence was notable given the show’s typical format where contestants’ partners often appear in the audience for support.
Despite any relationship challenges, Earle celebrated Berrios on his 30th birthday in October with a surprise party she planned.
“I wanted to plan something special for him,” she wrote about the celebrations on TikTok. “All of his best friends flew out to L.A. just to surprise him and be here for this night.”
The timing of the breakup comes just weeks after that birthday celebration and follows Earle’s elimination from Dancing with the Stars in November.
Neither Earle nor Berrios has publicly commented on the split.
